Aayatul Kursiappears in Surah BaqarahVerse No:255.
Hadith: It was narrated from Ubayy bin Ka’b that once the Prophet ﷺ asked him "which aayah in the Book of Allah was the greatest?". He said, “Allah and His Messenger know the best.” He repeated it several times, then he said, “Aayatul Kursi.”(Musnad Ahmad: 21315. Musnad Abi ‘Awana: 483)

Hadith:
“Whoever recites Aayatal Kursi immedia-tely after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering by Paradise except death.”(Sunan Nasaai Kubra: 9928)Hadith:
Abu Hurairah said, "RasoolAllah ﷺ put me in charge of the Zakat of Ramadan, Someone came to me and started scooping some of the foodstuff of (Zakat) with both hands. I caught him and told him that I would take him to RasoolAllah ﷺ. Then Abu Hurairah told the whole narration and added "He (the thief) said, 'Whenever you go to your bed, recite the Verse of "Al-Kursi" for then a guardian from Allah will be guarding you, and Satan will not approach you till dawn.' "On that the Prophet ﷺ said:"He told you the truth, though he is a liar, and he (the thief) himself was the Satan."(Sunan Nasaai: 10796. Mustadrak: 2060)Translation of AayatAl-Kursi
255. Allah! None is worthy of worship but He, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting,
The One Who sustains and protects (the entire universe with His strategy).
He is seized by neither slumber nor sleep. Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth belongs to Him alone.
Who can dare intercede with Him except by His permission? (He) knows all that is (happening or has happened) before the Creation, and all that is (about to happen) after them; and they cannot encompass anything of His knowledge except that which He wills.
His Throne (of Empire and Power and Authority) encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the protection of both (the earth and the heavens) does not pose Him any difficulty. And He alone is Most High, Most Great.
اٰیَۃ الْکُرْسِیّ
اَللّٰهُ لَاۤ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ١ۚ اَلْحَیُّ الْقَیُّوْمُ١ۚ۬ لَا تَاْخُذُهٗ سِنَةٌ وَّلَانَوْمٌطلَهٗ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ مَا فِی الْاَرْضِطمَـنْ ذَا الَّـذِیْ یَشْفَعُ عِنْـدَهٗۤ اِلَّابِاِذْنِهٖطیَعْلَمُ مَا بَیْنَ اَیْدِیْهِمْ وَ مَا خَلْفَهُمْوَ لَا یُحِیْطُوْنَ بِشَیْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهٖۤ اِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ وَسِعَكُرْسِیُّهُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضَجوَ لَا یَـُٔوْدُهٗ حِفْظُهُمَا١جوَ هُوَ الْعَلِیُّ الْعَظِیْمُ۲۵۵
